Happy 2nd Birthday!

Bloggie, blog, you are 2! Thanks for all the memories.... literally....

It's crazy to think of all that has transpired since this blog started. Let's make a list.

1. I went to England.

2. I started working with the Somalian kids, at the Oxford Museum and with the Pathfinders at St. Andrews.

3. I joined a small group of young adults also at St. Andrews.

4. I traveled to so many places- Gloucester, Swindon, Caerphilly, Kent, Cardiff, Cheddar, Dartmoor, Exeter, Newquay, and so many other places that I can't recall right now.

5. Spent a month in Israel with friends and family, meeting new people and seeing new places.

6.Had a busy summer doing AXP, Sonrise Island, and lots of subbing.

7. Went to visit my friends up in Idaho and had glorious weather. Plus, got to see Spain win the World Cup.

8. Unexpectedly got a job and moved up to Idaho within the month so start my first job as a professor.

9. Moved into a furnished room with a new roommate. Bought a bike so I could ride to school.

10. Became reacquainted with people I went to college with and got closer to friends that I had while at school.

11. Applied and was accepted to grad school.

12. Went to see three good friends get married in New Hampshire, San Diego and Florida.

13. Finally got a chance to visit Chicago and got a little Milwaukee thrown in for good measure.

14. Met Jars of Clay for the like millionth time :)

15. Started helping out with the Junior High Group at Sterry.

16. Successfully completed my first year of professor-ship.

17. Another another busy summer of AXP and Sonrise Island.

18. Realized that officially Shiri and I are not allowed to be alone together because bad things happen...

19. Finally went back to visit NYC after six years not being there. Got to see Sonya and spend time with Judith and the kids and drank tea and had cupcakes on the steps of Lincoln Center.

20. Traveled all around the United Kingdom, going as far south as Eastbourne and then all the way up to Orkeny (finally!!!)

21. Went to my first British wedding (thanks Katie and Dan!)

22. Started my first semester of grad school and made some amazing friends.

23. Taught Effective Studying for the second year and added the Intro to Teaching Class for the spring.

24. Signed up for some amazing classes for the spring semester.

25. Went on random excursions to Portland, Salt Lake City, Sundance Film Festival and more.

I can't wait to see what this next year holds for us, dear blog!
