Night out with the Girls

Last night I went out with the girls from the museum- Katie, Marsali and Tegan. We started out at The Chequers, then had dinner at Pizza Express and then finished off with another drink at the Duke of Blenheim. Such a fun night- lots of laughter, talking about co-workers at the museum, bantering with the bartender at the pub, wondering why on earth a pub was showing MLB and ESPN on their telly, especially during World Cup season. Of course, lots of wedding chat, as Katie is wedding planning, which is always fun, especially when stories about the in-laws and all the people that want to be invited to the wedding but will probably never be invited to the wedding begin. I have had such a good time getting to know these girls at the museum and I'm so bummed that I won't get to know them better- except through emails and facebook. They've made the long quiet shifts at the Musuem exciting! Thanks for such a great night, ladies! I'm going to miss you all so much!
